Our office is located in Marblehead’s Historic
District. Walter Jacob has worked with historic building for
his entire career. His work includes restoration of Georgian
brick structures on both Harvard’s and Yale’s campuses, significant
work in Miami Beaches historic Art Deco District, and restoration
of many wood framed colonial structures. In some cases our directive
is meticulous restoration but in most cases our task is restore and
respect the historic nature of a structure while making it a suitable
for the way we live today. We have had much success in this
arena. Walter Jacob knows historic architecture well and because
of this works well with historic boards to support our projects.
