We produce our projects in several distinct phases.  We proceed from one phase to another once we know that our clients are satisfied that the design has met their requirements and expectations.

Pre Design and Existing Conditions

During this phase we help our client determine the best course of action based on multiple criteria.

Schematic Design

During this phase we interpret our clients needs and transform them into a proposed design.  We communicate this to them through 3 dimensional drawings and plans.

Design Development

During this phase we further develop an approved design for preliminary contractor pricing and regulatory approval.  Our office has strong experience working with zoning, historic and planning boards.

Construction Documents

Construction Phase Services

Once we have produced our construction documents we are on site during to construction to help our clients navigate the construction process.

Design Services

While we work to make many decisions during the drawing phase some decisions are best left for the site.  We assist our clients with design decisions ranging from color and finish material selection to the purchase of appliances, cabinetry, window treatments and furniture.

Long Term Services

Our clients call us when they want to renovate their first home, when they grow out of it and need an addition and when they want to build their next home.  We also want our clients to call us when they need to know how to refinish their countertop or clean their chimney.  We have built a strong practice by serving each of our clients well and it is our mission have our clients think of us as their architect whenever they think about the built environment.
